Summer 2026 Announcement
To my valued customers, both preexisting and prospective:
It has been a wild 6 years, to say the least. I started this thing in the height of Covid-19, and in my wildest dreams never could have imagined where it would have led. I have transformed from the guy on NextDoor saying he would tune up your bike for $25 to a respected mechanic that even brick and mortar shops have referred customers to. My phone never stops through the season. I wish I could do more, but I cannot. I refer out more work than I can take in. Weekends come and go here in Minnesota, and with the blink of an eye we are back to winter each and every season. I am so appreciative of everybody that has reached out to me, who has recommended me, and who has waited weeks and sometimes months for me to work on their bike. I do not have words for how much it means to me.
As of August of 2026, I am suspending services and am going to be deferring to October and November for end of season work. As I think about what 2027 is going to look like, I am most likely going to transition into a spring-only operation, with the season starting in January and coming to a close in May. So, naturally, this is going to be mostly for preseason tuneups and repairs. I am going to be reaching out to all of my customers this winter in an attempt to get preseason work done while it is still cold, or cool, so that I can use most of my time during the warm season to take care of myself and spend more time with my family.
Thank you for your understanding, and keep the rubber side down.
Sincerely,
Chad
