We use appointments for bicycle drop offs, booked in 15 minute slots. There are times, on occasion, where Chad can fix your bicycle on the spot while you wait. However, it's difficult to estimate that before he sees the bike - sometimes a quick fix turns into a longer repair due to Chad finding other things that need to be addressed.
